Bplans Africa was cofounded by Valentine Masina, Sabelo Sibanda and Naomi Campbell. Sabelo Sibanda is a well known Human Rights Lawyer and founder of Uphondo Community Network. He has been featured several times on 5fm and Soweto TV. Sabelo Sibanda is a lawyer who holds a Post Graduate Degree in Law from the University of Aberdeen. He helps us with the legal consulting of businesses and an expert in criminal law. Naomi Campbell is a former RMB (Rand Merchant Bank) manager with over 10 years experience in the banking industry. She has extensive company administration, marketing and financial consulting experience.
Valentine Masina comes from a Business and IT background. He currently holds professional certificates in Software Development, Accounting and a post graduate diploma in Business Administration. He has run point of sale systems shops, restaurants and now has over 8 years business planning experience (as of June 2018). He is a member of the National Small Business Chamber, a panellist in Microsoft Biz4Afrika small business initiative in Bryanston (Microsoft head office). As a certfied Microsoft C# and web developer, Valentine is a registered member of the Insitute of IT Professionals South Africa – (IITPSA – Fomerly Computer Society of South Africa).
Our accounting services are headed by Mzweleni Mlotshwa our accountant and book keeper. Mzweleni Holds a Bcom in Accounting and holds over 8 years post graduate experience in accounting in many companies in South Africa. As a CIMA graduate, Mzweleni is a registered member of the South African Institue of Business Accountants (SAIBA).
