About Maseta Dorley, Founder & CEO
Maseta specializes in executive coaching, organizational development, nonprofit management, servant and transformation leadership, project management, grant administration, systems innovation, movement building, community impact, and supporting leaders and teams to reach sustainable goals. With 18 years of working in the Health & Human Service Industry,
Maseta has a deep passion and intuition for guiding people from seemingly disparate organizations, community coalitions, and/or mindsets to become thriving, focused teams. Maseta obtained her Masters in Human Services from Liberty University and is a current candidate for her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a focus in International Business at Walden University.
When she is not working, Maseta can be found serving as an active member of New Jerusalem Cathedral; Board Member for the Guilford County Continuum of Care, Board Member for B12 Mentoring Program; Design Team Member of the United Way of Greater Greensboro Integrated Service Delivery Network; and Chair of the Guilford Congregational Assistance Network.
