What’s in this course?
Chapter 1: Introduction to Strategic Management. This chapter is made up of two lessons. It introduces to the core elements of Strategy, the vocabulary used in strategic management, and the definition of Strategy..
Chapter 2: Levels of Strategy. Every business operates with four distinct levels. The chapter is made up of three lessons and introduces the three levels of strategy making. You will learn about Strategic Management and Operational Management before and finishing the lesson with an understanding of the elements of strategic management.
Chapter 3: Aligning Strategy to the Company’s External and Internal Situation. This chapter is made up of three lessons. You will learn how to determine the strategic position of a company using tools such as PESTEL analysis, the strategic choices that company’s have and then the fundamentals of putting strategy into action.
Chapter 4: Strategic Development. The chapter is made up of four lessons. It teaches you about the three processes of strategy development, the five different contexts for strategy, the challenges of strategic management and finally you will learn about the ethical test of a company’s strategy.
Chapter 5: Test Your Knowledge: At the end of this course, you will be given an online quiz made up of multiple choice questions. To Pass this course, you will need to achieve a minimum of 80%.
