Here at SC-Admin, we strive to provide the best administration services for all our clients, both with basic and more complex needs. We are dedicated to working together to achieve sustainable growth for every unique situation. We are committed to setting high standards and providing a level of administration and customer service in a responsible and proactive manner.

One area where many entrepreneurs struggle is the administration side of their business – with all the time and energy that is needed to grow a small enterprise,  many just don’t have the time to keep their records in order. They may also have the view of bookkeeping and administration being painfully boring activities, only useful during tax season or when applying for finance. But by knowing how much turnover and profit has been made, they’ll be able to focus efforts on increasing the income and reducing expenses to show greater growth each year. A good administrator will work with the client to analyse their accounts and assist in improving the running of their business on a daily basis. Yvette Pugin, owner of SC-Admin a division of Meridien Holdings (Pty) LTD, supported herself in young adulthood through various avenues of financial work, which has contributed to her 30+ years of experience in the field. Following a successful career at various corporate companies, she set out to develop her own company that was directed towards serving a specific set of clients. Her vision translated into the company before you SC-Admin a financial administration business for small business entrepreneurs, which is dedicated to the success of all of those that it serves.

OUR SERVICES

Compliance

As we aim to holistically assist the SME, this category is targeted specifically to get them started in the right direction through: Accounting, Bookkeeping, General Administration and Training.  The General Administration covers areas such as CIPC, SARS, Dept. of Labour, etc.  Accounting is managed by our efficient and expert partnerships with various practices, which specialise in this area together with Company Taxes.  We particularly enjoy the challenge of assisting the SME who is drowning in a backlog; where reporting to Statutory bodies – as indicated above – is creating panic or stress, and they do not know the exact steps to take in bringing themselves into a state of compliance. We also assist with understanding how to deal with the Corporate Client, to ensure payment is made to them timeously, instead of having their Cash Flow negatively affected.

Structure Development

This category includes the services of Compliance and Structure development accommodating growth and expansion of the SME through: Payroll administration including statutory reporting to SARS for PAYE, skills development and UIF, VAT registration and administration for entities reaching the SARS qualifying criteria

Registration
